Thanks for the nice thoughts, guys. It was really all very amicable, and for the best I think. I'm fine, if a bit sad, and I think he is, too. I just don't want to go into it too much because that's kind of tacky.
I always thought that all of this romance crap would be a lot simpler than it is, or at least that I would gain some kind of clarity as I got older. Maybe I will, but it hasn't happened yet.
